Tailwind CSS takes a new approach to building projects called the Utility first approach, which means that you can create an entire site that looks unique without writing a single line of CSS.
Unlike Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS has no classes for components like carousels, cards, accordions, etc. What it does have is responsive, grid and flexbox classes that control how everything looks without having to touch a style document.
